Shipping Policy
All shipments are curb side delivery only. No white glove service. Due to the large and heavy packages being shipped, please anticipate 3-10 business days for receiving a mattress order. We only ship to the Continental US. We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. If you are in a rural area/if your area needs special instructions, there may be a delay. Signatures are required for mattress deliveries only. If no one is home at time of delivery, they will leave a note and try again the next business day. After 3 attempts, the item will be returned and the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price minus 20%.
Please, thoroughly inspect your shipment before signing the waybill clear. If damaged from shipping- please REFUSE the package, contact us via email, and we will ship you out a replacement. If damage is minor and acceptable please note the extent of the damage on the waybill along with your signature. If the damage is cosmetic (i.e. packaging torn, cover dirty/torn, base foam/dirty, please accept the package and contact us. We will request photos of the damage and ship you out a new cover to replace the damaged one. Meritmart is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered and signed for.
Return Policy
Meritmart offers a 90 day money back guarantee. Customers have 90 days from the date of receiving the item to ask for a return and a refund.

The 90 day trial period applies to mattresses only. Pillows and cushions are very personal items and therefore are non-returnable. They do not have a tryout period.
Mattresses and mattress toppers must be in good-clean condition, you must have a receipt, and the customer is responsible for freight and shipping costs. All refunds will be issued upon receiving the shipment and the warehouse inspects the returned item. The customer is responsible for the packaging, shipping costs and freighting it back to our warehouse. Customer is at liberty to use any means to ship back to us. All returns must be delivered to us before the 90 days, if it exceeds your time limit, your return will be refused. There will be a 20% handling fee on all returned / canceled orders.
