Q: What are the benefits of Memory Foam?

A: Memory Foam responds to your body weight and temperature and conforms to your body shape. This unique technology developed by NASA reduces pressure points, relieves stress, and provides a deep restful sleep.

Q: What is the density of your Memory Foam?

A: Pillows contain memory foam with a density of 4LBs. The 4LB memory foam has a fast recovery time that allows the pillow to adjust as a person moves their head around. We use 5LB memory foam in our mattresses. The 5LB memory foam provides the best support for your shoulders, hips, and back.

Q: What is the difference between the 10" mattress and the 12" mattress?

A: The 10” mattress has 3” of memory foam, and the 12” mattress has 5” of memory foam.  The more memory foam is on a mattress, the more it will contour to the body.  If you are looking for a firmer mattress we would advise our 10” mattress.

Q: Do your mattresses come in pieces, or as a complete mattress?

A: Our mattresses arrive as a complete mattress. All layers are already laminated together and covered in a cotton zipper cover. There is no assembly required.

Q: What kind of foundation does the mattress need?

A: A memory foam mattress requires a foundation with a solid flat surface. This could be a box foundation (a foundation constructed of wood with no springs) or a platform bed. If you have a box spring that is lumpy or sagging, you will feel it through the mattress.

Q: Do your mattresses have an odor?

A: All brand new memory foam may have a slight odor remaining from the manufacturing process. The new mattress smell is normal and completely harmless and will go away after a few days.

Q: Where do you ship to, and what method do you use?

A: We use FedEx Ground to ship our orders. We only ship with in the 48 contiguous states.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.  If you live in a rural area, delivery may take longer than the standard delivery time.  We do not ship International.
